How To Cook: Philly Cheese Steak
Alright folks, heres the classic philly.
I have probably made hundreds of these things at work, heres the version we use.
First, you're gonna need some sliced ribeye steak. You can buy this pre sliced, or if you happen to have a meat slicer, you can slice your own.
Now, get some red and green peppers and julienne them. You know what that means don't you? No? Slice them into little strips.
Now, get a frying pan nice and hot. Drop in some oil and make sure it sizzles. Add your peppers and keep em moving. Once they start to cook, add your sliced steak and keep it moving as well. Now add some steak spice if you've got it, or just salt and pepper to taste.
Alright, by now the steak is probably almost done, so reduce the heat to a simmer and add your favourite cheese. [protip: use provolone]
Alright, while that cheese is melting up a storm, get a bun ready. By ready I mean toast it.
Now, this is the tricky part. Put your steak/pepper/cheese on the toasted bun.
Done.
Enjoy a fast, easy, and great meal.

Belgian Waffles With Strawberry Sauce
Alright guys, time to learn how to make some delicious breakfast.
Now, for this you will need:
Waffle Iron (key)
Pancake Mix
Strawberrys
Sugar
Water
Alright, first lets make the strawberry sauce.
Get a pot.
Add about 4 cups of strawberrys.
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup sugar
Let that all simmer for about 20 min, until it gets nice and thick.
Alright, now get your pancake mix, follow the directions and mix it up.
Start up your waffle iron and get it hot.
Use something like pam spray to make sure your waffles won't stick.
Now, pour your batter into the WAFFLETRON 5000 or whatever model you may have.
Usually when the waffle is done, a little light turns green or red or whatever.
Now, butter those suckers up, add your sauce [moar is best!]

Real Simple Pizza Dough
Today we're gonna learn to make a nice easy pizza dough.
Easy to make Pizza Dough Recipe |
INGREDIENTS: |
Instructions: Sprinkle yeast and sugar into warm water and mix. Allow to sit for 10 minutes until mixture begins to bubble. It shoudl be getting really thick by now. Combine flour and salt in large bowl, make a well in the centre, pour in yeast mixture and beaten egg and gradually work in the flour to make a dough. Turn out onto lightly floured surface and knead thoroughly until smooth and elastic - at least 5 minutes. {dont worry about going overboard with the flour, more is better] Use only enough flour to prevent the dough from sticking to the surface. Place in lightly oiled bowl, turn dough to coat with oil and cover with a clean cloth. Allow to rise for 45 minutes, or until doubled in volume. Punch down and then use as directed in recipe. (Use rolling motion with fists to force-stretch dough to size of pizza pan) |

The Classic English Breakfast
How to prepare the classic english breakfast:
An english breakfast includes
-Eggs
-Sausage
-Beans
-Toast
-Bacon
-Fried Bread
First step:
Start cooking the sausages first. They take the longest. Place them in a pan over medium heat with a little oil (or water if your health conscious)
Next:
Get the bacon going while the sausages are cooking, again pan over medium heat with just a dash of oil (to stop the bacon from sticking at first)
Next:
Lets get going on some eggs. Your choice of scrambled, over easy, sunny side, or poached.
I'm going to go with poached.
Get a pot of water going on the stove and boil it up.
When its boiling, use a whisk to spin the water and then crack an egg in the water.
Warm your beans in the microwave or in a small saucepan.
Remember that bacon pan?
Yeah?
Well get that grease hot, then drop some bread in it. Fry it golden brown then flip it to the other side.
Throw it all on a plate and enjoy!
