How To Cook: Philly Cheese Steak

Alright folks, heres the classic philly.

I have probably made hundreds of these things at work, heres the version we use.

First, you're gonna need some sliced ribeye steak. You can buy this pre sliced, or if you happen to have a meat slicer, you can slice your own.

Now, get some red and green peppers and julienne them. You know what that means don't you? No? Slice them into little strips.

Now, get a frying pan nice and hot. Drop in some oil and make sure it sizzles. Add your peppers and keep em moving. Once they start to cook, add your sliced steak and keep it moving as well. Now add some steak spice if you've got it, or just salt and pepper to taste.

Alright, by now the steak is probably almost done, so reduce the heat to a simmer and add your favourite cheese. [protip: use provolone]

Alright, while that cheese is melting up a storm, get a bun ready. By ready I mean toast it.

Now, this is the tricky part. Put your steak/pepper/cheese on the toasted bun.

Done.

Enjoy a fast, easy, and great meal.
